Shipping Policy

We deliver our products Worldwide using Australia Post as this is the most cost effective method for our customers. This means however that there are no tracking numbers or insurance when shipped with Australia Post. If you would like your parcel sent express, trackable or with insurance it will be an additional cost as it can be quite expensive for these extra options. Please let us know when you order if you would like your order shipped a different way then Australia Post. We ship all our orders in good faith and take no responsibility for any lost orders or orders that are held up in customs, as both of these things are out of our control.

For customers in Australia and the Rest of the World shipping will be calculated and added to the final invoice.
For customers in the USA, UK and Canada shipping costs will be added to the order total before checkout.

We aim to dispatched your order within 2 business days from receipt of order. Shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia 10-15 business days overseas. If orders have not been dispatched within 2 business days we will contact you with more information on your order.

With large parcels its often more economical for us to send the parcel to you via courier, this will be at our discretion. Please contact us on if you have any questions.
